Château Broustet
Sauternes 1988

TASTING NOTES

80% Semillon, 15% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Muscadelle. This is an exemplary Barsac with an attractive acaia and golden syrup bouquet at the beginning. Luscious apricot and orange marmalade dominate the palate, but it is never cloying. Nice touch of toast and almond on the finish from bottle ageing too.
